Für unser Digital Workplace Team in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt wird eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

Als Head of Digital Workplace verantwortest du die strategische Weiterentwicklung, den Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Optimierung des digitalen Arbeitsplatzes in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld. Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams und gestaltest sowohl die technische Infrastruktur des Digital Workplace als auch moderne, produktivitätssteigernde Lösungen auf Basis von Low-Code/ No-Code Plattformen.

  • Strategische & operative Verantwortung für die Digital Workplace Infrastruktur
  • Entwicklung und Skalierung von Smart Workplace Solutions
  • Analyse von Nutzerbedarfen, technologischen Trends und internen Prozessen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der digitalen Arbeitsumgebung
  • Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen User Experience und hoher Akzeptanz durch Change-, Schulungs- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines interdisziplinären, internationalen Teams sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Partner

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FH, Uni) im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Infrastrukturprojekten, idealerweise im Bereich Digital Workplace
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und Erfahrung mit No-Code/ Low-Code Technologien
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von internationalen, interdisziplinären Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder Management Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
