Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Logistik – Abteilung Einkauf wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • zentralisierte Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen für das Unternehmen
  • Angebotsanalyse & Preisvergleiche
  • Abwicklung des gesamten Bestellprozesses sowie Sicherstellung von Liefer- und Dienstleistungserfüllung
  • Koordination und schnittstellenübergreifende Kommunikation mit internen Fachabteilungen
  • Termingerechte Rechnungsprüfung- und Freigabe
  • Optimierung und Analyse von Beschaffungsprozessen
  • Auswahl und Entwicklung geeigneter Lieferanten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Abschluss und Kontrolle von Rahmenverträgen und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Verträge
  • Kontrolle der internen Genehmigungsprozesse

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, Lehre, HTL, HAK Matura oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im Bereich indirekter Materialien und Dienstleistungen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen inklusive guter MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit & Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
