Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Fertigungsorganisation wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Nachverfolgung und Pflege von Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Überwachen der Liefertermine
  • Bestellabwicklungen (Anfrage, Angebot, Bestellung u. Rechnungsprüfung)
  • Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System
  • Administrative Unterstützung im Bereich Einkauf

Your profile

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, Lehre, HAK Matura oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Selbstständige strukturiere Arbeitsweise mit hoher Genauigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude für diesen Aufgabenbereich
  • Gute MS-Office- und Englischkenntnisse (von Vorteil)
