Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Technik – Abteilung Technische Dokumentation wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Teilzeitstelle (50%) mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben: 

Your tasks

  • Unterstützen bei der Erstellung druckreifer Dokumente
  • Drucken, prüfen und einsortieren von Technischen Dokumentationen
  • Verfassen von Anschreiben an Kunden und Behörden
  • Erstellen von Ausfuhrpapieren und beauftragen von Paketsendungen
  • Nachbeschaffen von abteilungsinternen Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Verwalten von abteilungsinternen Bestellungen
  • Einschulen und betreuen der Ferialpraktikanten

Your profile

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, abgeschlossene Lehre oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Fortgeschrittene PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Windows)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständiges, ordentliches, verantwortungsvolles und termingerechtes Arbeiten
  • Kommunikationsstark und Freude an der Teamarbeit

The actual salary is based on the Vorarlberg salary level and is above the KV, depending on professional training and experience.
