Your tasks

  • Debitorenbuchhaltung mit Verbuchung der Ausgangsrechnungen, Kontoauszüge und Zahlungseingänge
  • Kreditorenbuchhaltung mit Verarbeitung der Eingangsrechnungen im papierlosen Workflow, Prüfung und Erfassung im ERP System.
  • Abstimmung mit Einkauf und Wareneingang zur Sicherstellung eines termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Ablaufs.
  • Mitarbeit in der Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Erstellen von Statistiken und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

 

Your profile

  • Du bist ein Fan von Zahlen, hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Du denkst analytisch, bist vertraut mit IT Themen und sattelfest in Excel
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und strukturiert und bist teamfähig
