Zur Verstärkung für den Bereich Montage in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt wird eine Vollzeitstelle befristet für 2 Jahre (Karenzvertretung) mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • First Level Support für die Montagemannshaft in Wolfurt im Bereich der eingesetzten IT-Lösungen (D-Worker, Windowsprogramme)
  • Second Level Support in der Anwendung des Montageprogramms D-Worker international bei unseren Niederlassungen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Programms zur Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Nutzerfreundlichkeit
  • Schnittstelle zum Projektleiter und Business Analysten für die Koordination von Anforderungen, Feedback und Weiterentwicklungen des Programms
  • Unterstützung der Monteure im Umgang mit Tablets und Mobiltelefonen (Einführungsschulungen, technischer Support im Tagesgeschäft)
  • Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung von Montageunterlagen für das Montageteam
  • Erledigung allgemeiner Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben

Your profile

  • Technisches Verständnis, Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse (Office)
  • Selbständigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und sicheres Auftreten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse & Führerschein B
