Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH, wird in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle im Bereich Verwaltung - rechtliche Angelegenheiten und Compliance mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben: 
 

Your tasks

  • Ausarbeitung und Prüfung von Verträgen, internen Richtlinien, div. Rechtsakten
  • Kontrolle und Ausbau der Datenschutz- und Compliance-Bestimmungen
  • Rechtliche Beratung der verschiedenen Organe in der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Erarbeitung und Aktualisierung von Allgemeinen Geschäfts- und Einkaufsbedingungen 
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsbehelfen, Checklisten und Mustern

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Jus-Studium
  • Mehrjährige Praxis im Rechtsbereich eines international tätigen Unternehmens oder Kanzlei von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
  • Eigenverantwortliches, gewissenhaftes und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Freude an Teamarbeit, hohes Engagement und große Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Bereitschaft für Geschäftsreisen und laufende Weiterbildung
