Für den Bereich Digitale Produkte und Services in der Zentrale der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungskraft deren Aufgabe der Aufbau einer Betrieb- sowie 2nd Level Support Einheit für Software as a Services sowie Gateway Produkten ist. Es wird eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Fachliche Führung und Ausbau des Support- und Betriebsteams (derzeit 2 Personen)
  • Bereitstellung von technischem Support (2nd Level Support) für die Doppelmayr Niederlassungen sowie B2B Kunden, einschließlich der Beantwortung von Anfragen und der Analyse sowie Lösung von Problemen/Störungen
  • Implementierung von Prozessen zur Steigerung der Effizienz (Built, Test, Deploy, …)
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Änderungen an der Infrastruktur oder Software
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle Systeme und Prozesse den relevanten gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen für den Betrieb entsprechen und Unterstützung bei Audits

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT, Wirtschafsinformatik bzw. Betriebsführung / Support 
  • Praktische und mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Cloud Umfeld (Azure) 
  • Kommunikationsstarke sowie eine überzeugende und empathische Persönlichkeit mit hoher Lösungsorientierung und -kompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
