Your tasks
• Leitung eines internen Lenkungsgremiums zur strategischen Ausrichtung der Digitalisierung bei LTW.
• Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung des unternehmensinternen digitalen Projektportfolios.
• Persönliche Übernahme der Projektleitung für ausgewählte digitale Schlüsselinitiativen.
• Beratung und Unterstützung interner Teams bei Planung, Umsetzung und Betrieb verschiedenster digitaler Themen.
• Aktive Begleitung des unternehmensinternen Veränderungsprozesses.
Your profile
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Unternehmen im Rahmen ihrer digitalen Transformation.
• Fundierte Erfahrung im strategischen Projektmanagement, einschließlich Portfolioentwicklung und Ressourcensteuerung.
• Praxiserprobte Einführung und erfolgreicher Betrieb von ITSM- und ISMS-Systemen nach international anerkannten Standards.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Adoption- und Change-Management.
• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der internen Veränderungskommunikation.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sicheres und professionelles Auftreten.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
