Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Kundendienst – im Assistenzbereich wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Teilzeitstelle 50-60% mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Mitwirken an der Koordination von Projekten sowie Erledigung allgemeiner Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • Unterstützung der Kundendienstleitung bei der Organisation von Terminen, der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Protokollen sowie der Korrespondenz
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungsleitern im Kundendienst und Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben
  • Planung und Organisation von Geschäftsreisen

Your profile

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Assistenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Bürosoftware, insbesondere Microsoft Office
  • Organisationstalent und Interesse an Projektmanagement
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
