Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Technik wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Stelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Unterstützung der Gruppenleiter bei der Vorbereitung auf Eckterminsitzungen & Begleitung in Sitzungen: Erhebung der Informationen zu Projektfortschritten, Terminanpassungen, Rückstände, Auslastungen etc.
  • Datenpflege im Rahmen der Ressourcen- & Aktivitätenverwaltung im ERP-System
  • Erstellung von Auslastungsdiagrammen, sowie anderen Analysen und Auswertungen
  • Vorbereitung & Kommunikation von Änderungsmitteilungen
  • Weitere administrative Aufgaben wie Organisation von Meetings & Veranstaltungen, Verwaltung der Abnahmeausrüstung, Bestellungen, Post, Organisation von Dienstreisen, etc.

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Lehre / Matura) im technischen Bereich mit kaufmännischer Zusatzqualifikation oder im kaufmännischen Bereich mit Interesse an der Technik
  • Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich
  • Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
  • Fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse & gute Englischkenntnisse
